You can inform us of a change in your contact details in two ways:

• Either update your details via your Online GP Services account
• Or pop in to one of our surgeries and speak to a receptionist.

If you are a student, please be aware that we are not a part of the University of York and therefore the Data Protection Act will not allow the University to share personal data with us.
