How do I register with online services?
You can set up an account yourself with the NHS App – the app can verify your identity without you coming into the surgery.

Our reception team are always happy to offer advice and guidance regarding setting up your NHS app
If you would prefer to register with SystmOnline, please come to either surgery with 2 forms of photo ID so we can verify your identity and manually set you up. If you are unable to get to the surgery you can call us on 01904 754900 and answer some security questions.
What do I do if I cannot use the NHS App?
If you are unable to use the NHS App, you can contact the surgery on 01904 754900 or email us at [email protected].
What do I do if I have forgotten my log-in for the NHS App?
The surgery can only give patients access to their medical records on the NHS App.
If you are having technical issues, such as forgetting your log-in, or glitches within the app, please contact the NHS App Technical Support Team.

What appointments are available to book online?
Blood taking – book an appointment to get your bloods taken, you need to have been asked by a healthcare professional to get your bloods done before booking. If you feel you needs your bloods doing as you are not feeling well please call us on 01904 754900.
BP check with HA – Book an appointment to get your blood pressure taken by a health care assistant. Did you know that you don’t need an appointment, if you are confident using an automatic machine we have one in the waiting room at both sites.
Breast Clinic – If you have an issue with one of your breasts that you feel needs to be seen, you can book an appointment with our Women’s health nurse Elizabeth.
Cervical Screening – You will be invited to book your routine cervical smear test.
Contraception – If you are looking to start contraception or review what you are currently on, use this slot type to book an appointment with a nurse.
ECG – Book an appointment if you have been asked by a healthcare professional to book an ECG (electrocardiogram).
Feno – Feno testing is a test that can diagnose asthma, a healthcare professional will tell you if you need to book this appointment.
Frist Contact Physio Telephone Appointment – If you have an issue with any of your joints or muscles, book this appointment type to speak to our first contact physiotherapist, Katie.
Flu vaccination for ages 18-49 invite only – If you are aged between 18 and 49 and you have been invited for a flu vaccine, use this slot type to book yourself in.
Flu vaccination for ages 50 years and over – Book your flu vaccine if you are aged 50 or over.
GP appt – Book a routine appointment with a GP, this is not an urgent appointment. If you feel your query is urgent please call us on 01904 754900.
LTC – Asthma Review – Book an asthma review with a nurse if you have been invited or are having issues.
LTC – COPD – Book a COPD review with a nurse if you have been invited or are having issues.
Menopause HRT F2F – Book an appointment with our Women’s health nurse, Elizabeth to review your HRT or discuss menopause.
Travel Appointment – If you are travelling abroad and think you may need vaccinations/advice, book an appointment with our nurse using this slot type.
Wound care – If you have a wound that needs dressing/cleaning/stiches.
