We hope you enjoy your stay at university in the beautiful city of York. We are here to offer you medical advice and treatment during your stay in York and hope that you will find this website provides you with the answers to many of the questions you may have about the kinds of treatment and assistance you can expect to receive from us.
This section of our website gives you information on how to register with the practice, where our surgeries and local pharmacies can be found and how to request a repeat prescription or tell us you have moved house. Once you are a registered patient, you can also use our online services.
The website provides some good general health information which can be translated into many different languages by using the translate option at the top of each page making it more easily accessible to all of the overseas students who attend York University.
Students who choose not to register with Unity Health will not be able to access any of our services apart from Leave of Absence; this includes urgent and routine appointments, repeat prescriptions or health advice from our Surgeries. Please contact your registered GP.
