Unity Health was affected by the recent ransomware attack which has impacted on many organisations and we have been working round the clock with experts to fix the problem.
All our surgeries will be OPEN as normal for appointments, although you may experience some delays.
Our Hull Road surgery and Wenlock Terrace Surgiers are fully operational.
Our York Campus Surgery is open, although the surgery is still experiencing some computer issues. Please attend for your appointment as normal and bear with us as there may be some minor disruption and delays.
Our online consultation system is working as normal, so please use the WebGP consultation via our website – www.unityhealth.info – to request healthcare advice or get an appointment.
Please be reassured that there is no evidence that patient data has been accessed. Connections between NHS organistions have been affected which means it may not be possible for information to be shared electronically between the practice and other organisations.
All phone lines are working normally.
Electronic prescriptions have been affected and we will offer paper prescriptions as necessary.
Thank you for all your support and patience during this difficult time. We will continue to work round the clock to bring impacted systems back online as quickly as possible and will keep people updated via our website and social media sites.
